Client Database

For many years that the company has been on the market, Shopexperts has worked with thousands of clients. This database can be used by developers to promote their services by directly reaching out to past clients.
Shopexperts administrators have distributed lists of client details between our former in-house developers who became the first freelancers at Shopexperts after the change of model, but there are still many clients who have not been distributed and who can be reached out to. If you are a new developer on the team and would like to try using our Client Database, reach out to Evgeniya, and she’ll work on creating a list of 30-50 contacts for you. It will be added to your Individual Sales Tracking sheet as a separate tab.
The Client Database contains the following information:
Client name and email
Lifetime value, i.e. the amount of money they’ve spent with us over time.
Number of old hours:
Note: We request that when working with the database, you make notes that would let the company know who you’ve reached out to and what the result was.
The company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to take the database back, delete the tab with client names from your Individual Sales Tracking sheet and redistribute it between other developers if we see that you don’t use this resource.
Please note that some of these hours may have expired or the number has changed! They are there for reference and were updated based on tracking sheets at the moment of the last check.
The client is on your list if you were the last person who contacted them or talked to them.
Links to client tracking sheets, when applicable.
For clients with old hours and tracking sheets, the number of days when they were last contacted.
The table "From tracking sheets" contains the details of clients who are currently on your tracking sheets to identify who is in charge of the client.
Notes:
We have excluded all clients who have ever filed a chargeback from the list, but you’ll still see clients who have had refunds with us. You are advised to go through a client’s history for a better understanding of who you’re contacting.
The clients from the "Distribution" table are what we now call "Sleeping clients". The expectation is that you’ll reach out to them and wake them up when you have time for more work.
Once the client has been reactivated, he or she should be moved to the list of your active clients.
You can make various notes about the client in the "Notes" field. This will be useful for future work on these sheets as well as making it visible that you've contacted them.
The list of clients is pretty long, and if you feel that you won’t be able to reach all of those clients, you should reach out to Evgeniya and "give back" those clients who you are not going to work with. Such clients will be further redistributed among other developers.
The reach-out strategy and pace are up to you, but we’re willing to help you with advice and means of broadcasting your message. Please feel free to contact Jon, Evgeniya, and Lidia if you need ideas or help. We are open to chats and calls.
