Our brand is very visual, so it was important that the store felt right from the beginning and was easy for customers to use. They helped us get it live in about three months. Since then, they have stayed involved with the site instead of disappearing after launch. They have handled maintenance, smaller improvements, design updates, and new features when we needed them. For example, they added product variation switching on the product pages, so customers can check different colors or sizes without the page constantly reloading. It is a small detail, but it makes browsing much smoother. Later, Stellar also migrated us from Shopify 1.0 to Shopify 2.0. That was a bigger step for us because we wanted more flexibility in the store and fewer dependencies on extra apps. There were a lot of details to go through, but they explained what was happening and kept the process moving. We like that they already know our store and our brand, so we do not have to start from zero every time we need something changed. Overall, it has been a reliable long-term partnership.
