As a company, we partner with various app/theme developers, service providers, and others to help refer clients to us.
It is essential for our partnerships to respect these referrals and avoid any other third-party recommendations as an alternative, before communicating with the partner on how/if the requested project can be achieved within their system. To maintain good partner relationships with the companies that refer clients to us, it is crucial to avoid conflict by calling into question our partners' services, expertise, and the suitability of their apps and themes for our client's stores.
The full list of partners and their details can be found in the sheet here. When encountering a client, please make sure to verify if they came to us as a referral from one of our partners.
In most cases, within the first email we received with the form submission on Help Scout, you will see if there is a partner name attached to the form.
In case a client reaches out another way (Shopexperts, direct email/chat), please make sure to learn the context of how they came to us (did they mention they spoke to the partner and they referred us to the client, or similar).
If there isn't a clear way to know if a client was referred by one of our partners from the list, still double-check the company in question and if found the list, treat the assessment as if we were referred by the partner.
