Project Contracts

A client may ask a developer to sign some papers, such as a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), a service level agreement (SLA) and the like, in order to formalize the work on a project. Developers may do that as long as such additional documents regulate the relations between parties for a distinct project over a set period of time and under pre-discussed conditions. Shopexperts, however, is not part of any such agreements and shall not be asked to prepare, verify, edit, or otherwise review texts of such documents. It is the sole responsibility of a developer to handle such requests from clients and to use their personal details, not the company details, as a signing party.
