Stripe email and conversation email don't match

There might be a situation where a client uses one email address to communicate with you and another email address to complete the payment.
It might be hard to recognize that this is their payment in cases like this. If you suspect a client completed the purchase however it's not obvious it's them (names do not match, company email domain does not match), please ask the client to confirm which email address they used to complete the payment or ask them to provide you with the receipt or invoice numbers, or last 4 digits of the card they used.
If you decide to go the numbers route, once you receive one number, please ask Ana or Evgeniya to verify on Stripe if they match. Please make sure to provide both the Help Scout client conversation link as well as the Help Scout Stripe ticket link.
