Outstanding service and communication. We got in touch to discuss a re design of our website. From the initial discovery call all the way to completion the whole team were always by our side. Taking our vison from an idea and bringing it to life. 1Hutch intuitively understood what we were looking for, listening to our ideas and suggesting their own from their extensive experience. Although happy with the general performance of our website, we found that Shopify 1.0 was limiting the development of our website within its current theme. As well as updating content we wanted to enhance the user experience, incorporating new features, product information and improving the speed. As soon as we met with the 1Hutch team we immediately felt that they were the right partners for us. They took the time to understood our vision for the site and respectfully guided us to not only achieve the best experience for our customers but for us as well. Throughout the process they were communicative and helpful, suggesting ideas and different approaches to achieve our goals, to save time on the build and to ensure that we were happy with the end result. They allowed our vision for the new website to take the lead and we were able to create a much more visually-exciting experience for customers, with more imagery and videos built into the site. The added filters and categories improved the user journey, easily guiding new customers to find exactly what they need, based on product type, issue type, application method or based on activity. We have already begun to see improvements to order quantity, AOV and revenue YoY. The team are professional, friendly and efficient at all times. We couldn’t recommend 1Hutch enough.

Our previous website really didn’t demonstrate our brand’s 100+ year long history and expertise in shoe care and felt more and more restrictive as we tried to add or update elements. 1Hutch helped to migrate us from Shopify 1.0 and redesigned our website with more emphasis on helping our customer find the right shoe care solution for them. 1Hutch were able to give us an improved navigation to assist visitors find what they needed – from browsing by product type, what shoe material it was needed for as well as browsing by “goal” (I want to cover scuffs). 1Hutch helped to guide us through our frustrations, helping us to select a relevant theme and functions to create a site that was much more on-brand. The team were supportive and professional throughout. Since go-live we have seen a huge increase to all our KPIs vs previous years and couldn’t be happier. 1Hutch really did give our website a good polish!

Where do we start? 1HUTCH came in to work with us at Chorley FC following a takeover of ownership at the club, where, we wanted to elevate things to the next level and from there to the present day, our website has gone from strength to strength. The team are always on hand to assist us with any changes, developments and additions we require on a regular basis. As a football club, our website requires precise and important updates and quite literally, no job is too big or too small in the eyes of 1HUTCH from where we sit. 1HUTCH proudly sponsor us now with a pitchside board and have continued to support us in many ways since our partnership and relationship began to blossom in 2023.
