An overall positive experience from 23 Digital. They are based in Melbourne, Australia and have overseas coders. THeir scoping process was very thorough, communication was good all throughout the development and the final product was fantastic. They were always willing to take on requests for extra mods without additional charges because "it wasn't in the scope" as a lot of web development places will do. Scoping a new website down to the most minute details is always difficult at the front end until you start to see it come together so that was a refreshing approach to work with. Overall very happy with the whole process and final product.
