I needed a professional ecomm store to be up and running quickly. Aeolidia had all of the in-house expertise to assist me in learning Shopify Admin and support me as I built out the site. We had a great experience working with Aeolidia on a Shopify theme customisation and Etsy>Shopify migration. We are a small business specialising in Japanese-made fabrics and notions with boutique sales volumes but very high variety. Online fabric sales is very difficult due to the fractional units of sales (one bolt can have a myriad of cut lengths) meanwhile fractions do not measure the shape, only the amount, especially when different cutting directions have different prices. It is an ongoing challenge for us but the team at Aeolidia was instrumental in forming a blueprint and getting us on the ground running. Through their initial support by clarifying and itemising our concerns and needs, we were validated as to how difficult the migration from Etsy>Shopify is but also how necessary it is for our business to be free to grow in this next phase. Every business is different and problems will arise that even the experts cannot fully predict. However, what they bring is experience and technical knowledge where they will exhaust all options for available solutions. Their communication platform and documentation style reassured transparency and good record keeping - we find ourselves continuing to refer to their notes as we familiarise with the new website.

It had been over eight years since we redesigned our website, and it was time for a refresh. This project was scary for us–the investment came out of our savings.
