I was immediately impressed after my first phone call with Austin because his approach is to build a website that supports the business's objectives. That may sound like an obvious requirement, but I think it is rare to find a person who exhibits both an excellent grasp of business AND does awesome creative work. Usually, you find one or the other, but Austin has both. Artistically, he delivered a beautiful site. On the back end, he built a stable platform and guided me through a number of important decisions using data and sound logic as his compass. What more can you ask for?
