We worked with Andzen for the better part of a year now. We had less-than-stellar experiences with other email marketing agencies in the past, so we were very careful in choosing which email marketing agency to partner next with. From discovery call to the onboarding process, they took the time to understand our business, its needs, our customers, and how we serve them. They're certainly NOT your typical run-of-the-mill email agency who uses the same email templates across all of their clients. Communication, strategy, and execution are all on point. We worked with Andzen to get our automated email marketing setup and running. Initially we had a great meeting where Simon met with us to discover what our needs were and how our clientele and demographic differed from a regular online store. This was imperative in achieving our goal. During the discovery meeting we realised that we would need to switch mailing platforms, Andzen set this up for us and even ran us through training on how to use it. Andzen had the expert knowledge we required to set up a series of automated emails using Dotmailer. For things such as a Welcome Series for new customers, Abandoned Cart, Birthday messages, inactive customers etc Andzen did all the groundwork and got things set up and running.
