As we shifted more to an commerce platform, we were looking to for a developer to help us move from a Wordpress platform to Shopify one. Craig is brilliant, the team thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He takes real time to understand what it is we're after before the development stage and throughout development he sets out time to make sure everything is running according to plan. Communication was excellent throughout. Craig's after sale customer service is very good and he didn't just let us go once the website was transferred. I started working with Craig a few months ago following a recommendation. The business had be trading online for around 12 months and had started to generate some regular sales but at the same time it was lacking in lots of areas. I had a clear vision of what I wanted our website to be but not the technical understanding of how to execute this. Prior to our first meeting Craig assessed the website and put together a list of areas where he felt investment would prove beneficial. This really enabled us to hit the ground running and start making positive changes from the very beginning. A matter of months on and we have transformed how consumers accessed the site and shopped, making products easier to find and manage and generally improve the overall browsing experience. Following on from this we have now moved on to implement new applications, review systems and started marketing. Craig is a professional who has in depth knowledge of the Shopify platform and really has taken our webpage and business to another level. He is always on hand to offer support and advice no matter how insignificant they may seem. It is still early days but so far the changes and ideas he has brought to the business has really changed the way we do business.
