Bluedge has exceeded all of our expectations. They have help redesign our websites making them more user friendly and created a system that optimized our ERP to work with a Shopify build. They always kept a clear line of communication, as well as being completely transparent with deadlines and limitations. They were proactive in working with our current ERP system, no matter the hurdles it provided them. They also have a firm grasp on Google SEO and all of its intricacies. One of the best agencies I've had the chance to work with. What started off as a few ad-hoc functionality fixes has become a collaborative and much appreciated partnership. We just launched a full scale e-commerce site rebrand with a ton of customization and clever/smart/creative solutions maximizing both our business and web objectives, while working within the Shopify framework. Which wasn't always easy. I worked with a few agencies before Bluedge with very unimpressive and shoddy results. Some of their best traits are their willingness to educate and tell you what they are going to do an why, as well as their ability to ask what we're ultimately trying to do. Hence they were able to solve problems in a way that we didn't initially consider. Solid team, great communication (they don't disappear on you), able to hit deadlines, smart solutions, and truly Shopify experts. No question, they are one of the best finds we've had in this space.
