Total pros, very collaborative, great work. Make sure you know what you want from the start so that you aren't surprised by any additional charges once you get further into the design phase. Spend time when working on wire-frames and it'll pay off big time later on in the process. This is a great team to work with.

To date, I am satisfied, but we have yet to really test the work, since I pay taxes on a quarterly basis, and have not used the work yet. I do believe, however, it is going to do what they said it would do based on quick review of the work.
