I'm CEO of our new eCommerce business. I'm happy to write this review. cc Studios far exceeded our expectations. Lisa Pool is smart as a whip, creative, thorough and service-oriented. Her and the whole team understand the eCommerce business, fully understood our mission and made impactful contributions to our vision. I wasn't looking for a passive, order-taking company. I was looking for a collaborator. The end product delivered to us made us feel like we were a big player in the eCommerce industry rather than a start-up. I can't say enough about the quality of our results. Oh, and the training. Three days of clear and valuable training on our site. In spite of the long duration of the training, Lisa managed to keep my teams attention. I want to be clear that I did a lot of shopping for our web developer, and my decision was carefully made.
