Steven is the man. He works very quickly and efficiently. In my scenario, many times he would be able to make the changes I was asking for while on the phone which definitely speeds the process up. I had attempted to some of the setup and config on my own and he politely and professionally cleaned up the mess I had made for myself... and didn't make me feel dumb in the process... which is a plus. Good dude and all around good experience.
