I am IT professional of over 30 years and the project management, communication, work in progress updates, product reviews and launch were outstanding. All my questions were answered thoughtfully and explained when necessary. The end result was precise - due to the feedback requested along the way and I’m happy to report that all my feedback was taken into account. Working with Lautaro from Clarify has been a great experience. As the head of development there, he brings a very high level of technical rigor to CRO work, which is something I really value as someone who works closely with the site and its codebase. Often in development, especially when running experiments quickly, it’s easy for implementations to become messy or for test code to be built in a way that isn’t sustainable long term. That wasn’t the case here. Lautaro is extremely careful with how things are implemented — the code is clean, well thought out, and integrates smoothly with the existing architecture. Something I appreciate a lot is that many of the features built for tests were structured so they could later be reused in other initiatives. That’s rare in CRO work and makes a big difference because optimization efforts don’t end up creating technical debt. Overall, it’s been a really solid collaboration.

We worked with Clarify to build our Shopify store from scratch and the experience was excellent. From the beginning they helped us think through the structure of the store, the customer experience, and how to present our products in the best possible way. The whole process was smooth and very well organized. Communication was always clear and they moved quickly while still paying attention to the details. We’re extremely happy with the final result and the store turned out even better than we expected.
