We initially reached out to Shopify directly for some programming assistance and Shopify sent us 3 companies on their authorized list. After contacting all 3, Digital Hub responded the fastest with a very professional new customer invite and meeting. We did eventually talk to all three companies and chose Digital Hub based on their promptness, pricing, and detailed expense report for our project. Since that initial project we have used them on a continuous basis to completely redesign our website and they have been nothing short of amazing. Digital Hub's best aspect is their promptness, we have never had a project go beyond the anticipated scope presented by them and any one off requests are responded to in less than 24 hours and completed in a very timely fashion. Not only are they prompt but the team is competent and knows the answer to any requests we ask. Even in times where they may not have an exact answer (for example a technical issue on a 3rd party app) they know exactly how to get an answer and resolve the issue quickly. They have been a pleasure to work with and overall we are very pleased with their communication, quality of service, and pricing structure. We were switching from an older POS system and they made the process so simple and easy. They never made me feel stupid for plethora of questions and were always quick to respond!
