Really impressed by the thoroughness of the audit, it went into a great level of detail which really supported the overall strategy. It's been 3 months so far, and I'm already seeing such positive results. Also fab people to work with, I would highly recommend.

We've worked with Eastside Co on a couple of projects now. I enjoyed working with Will again; he took the time to really understand the position of our business and where we wanted to get to and tailored a strategy to work for us.

We had a really specific brand look we wanted to achieve and Eastside created a Shopify site that met that perfectly. They really took on board the design we wanted to achieve, while using their knowledge of UX to shape a website that matched the brand identity, whilst providing a great customer experience. Communication was a little difficult as it was during the lockdown period so the main office was closed. However, they were very responsive to emails and regular catch up video calls were scheduled to keep the project running smoothly.

Eastside Co helped to design our website from start to finish. The level of professionalism, knowledge of the industry and ability to bring our concept to life was outstanding. The end result is a site that looks great, is easy to navigate and projects our brand in the way we imagined. As soon as we decided to use Shopify as the platform for Force, we knew we wanted to work with a Shopify Expert. We're delighted to have found EastSide Co. They explained the process clearly from the start, and have worked with us on our branding and strategy from day one, helping shape how the brand would look and how we would launch it in an impactful way. Once we'd signed off the branding strategy they created our website. As a new brand the marketing side was very important to us to make sure we got in front of potential customers so we could start selling products. ESC developed a full marketing plan which has been hugely successful and had the right mix of growing our audience then selling to them. It includes PPC, SEO, social media campaigns (paid and organic), email marketing, plus creating all the content on our site - including some great product photography and videos. It was exactly what we wanted to bring it all to life and sales are growing week on week. Communication with the teams has been spot on and we're looking forward to growing Force Fitness with them as our key ecommerce partners. Whilst we had some experience building websites previously this was a major project for us a bespoke website design using a platform that we had not had any experience in using before. The Eastsideco design team led by Su and Matt were brilliant at helping guide us through the different stages of the project. I was concerned about using Basecamp to start with but it became clear what a great tool it was. We were dealing with a complex project and it is now a highly useful reference for us. Eastsideco clearly are experts with Shopify as a platform and they combined that knowledge with a team who were always clear in their views and weren't afraid to challenge us in terms of some of our requests. The team was always available to answer any of our questions and help us find solutions when sometimes it didn't seem like there were any. The end result is a website and a new leading ecommerce business in France that is growing month on month and converting consumers the first time they come to the site. We have made some additional changes to the site to improve the UX and drive conversions about 8 months after we launched and we are very excited about the impact this is having on our sales figures. If you want to build a bespoke store (as we did) or optimize your current store I would highly recommend Eastsideco and their team. My experience with Eastside has been positive - especially since Laura got involved on the project. I got used to communicate on their BASECAMP platform and it was quite of an easy way to communicate.

Small thing to improve: give to the client analytical data to support Eastside thesis, in general. When a client says or proposes something strange and Eastside doesn't agree it must be said, using always a data/analysis to support the theory. Eastside is The expert, so he must prove his theory :-)
