Petros was and is still a very helpful and reliable partner in our store move. It was an incredibly complicated move with many moving parts - from multiple websites on an existing platform, whole new inventory system and POS setup, to having it all within Shopify. This meant a lot of processes we were used to and wanted to replicate needed workarounds, compromises and genius thinking as well as a a lot of patience whilst we got our heads around it all. It wasn't always super smooth sailing but the final switch-over has been seamless and our existing customers both online and in-store have only seen positives from it - and that's the real result we were all aiming for. Petros was a star in allowing us to lean on him and his expertise a lot, helping us, explaining things and finding solutions and was happy to work collaboratively to ensure we were happy with the end result, which we really are.
