We had an incredibly complex ecommerce project, and Ecommerce Pro was instrumental in helping us get it across the finish line. We were moving from an outdated webstore managed through our ERP system to Shopify, while also maintaining a separate WordPress website for content because our old store couldn’t support a blog. Our goal was to merge both websites into one streamlined platform and create a faster checkout experience, cleaner design, and overall better shopping experience for our customers. ECP joined the project after another Shopify Plus agency completely dropped the ball. We had some initial design work completed, but little progress beyond that. From there, ECP stepped in and helped move an extremely complicated project forward. A huge challenge was integrating Shopify with our ERP system, which required constant communication between ECP and our ERP provider as they built a custom connector app. There was a lot of back-and-forth and problem solving throughout the process, and ECP handled it with patience, expertise, and transparency every step of the way. The entire project took over a year to complete, with ECP working alongside us for nearly a full year—and we truly would not be live today without them. Special shoutout to Ali, who is an incredible project manager. He kept everything moving, communicated clearly, and made a very stressful project feel manageable. If you’re considering moving to Shopify—especially if you have a complicated backend setup or ERP integration—I can’t recommend Ecommerce Pro enough. They were an amazing partner, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.
