After successfully relaunching our Brewista and Nutramilk Shopiify sites, we asked Kerrin at Elevatr to set his sites on another one of our brands, Bonavita. Bonavita is our easy-to-use range of coffee makers that make premium coffee at the touch of a button. Not having previously created a brand strategy, Elevatr helped us discover a solid brand direction with their brand strategy workshop. We identified our brand personality, USP, our target customers and how to communicate with them. Based on the brand strategy, Elevatr created a narrative with bold headlines working hard to communicate our brand quickly. The copywriting was cleanly and succinctly written in a tone of voice that resonated with our target market. They designed and built a beautiful site that was bold, simple and clean. They used our existing images and combined them with stock photography in an effective way. They chose stock images that didn’t look like stock and blended in well with our own photography. Kerrin did a great job of designing our ‘In the Media’ page, giving it a stylish editorial look. Our Nutramilk site was in need of refreshing with a focus on an updated brand strategy and redesign of the site. We chose Elevatr Digital after our previous successful experience with them, rebranding and designing Brewista.co. They took us through a brand strategy workshop that effectively focused on who our target customer is and how to communicate with them. They helped create some new aspects to our site including redeveloping our blog into a more engaging magazine style blog, a more attractive and enjoyable 'In the Media' page, and a page that focused directly on our growing cafe and juicing business customers. Elevatr worked with Better Bears' marketers to design and build a branded website for USA and Canada. They not only created a fun brand-centric website but also made suggestions around ecommerce flow, and ideas to help Better Bears appeal to our demographic, such as naming and designing our blog as a magazine. The site worked well on desktop and mobile. Kerrin understood how to translate our brand so that our target customer would be engaged with our products.
