I'm so glad that I chose Elkfox after I was tossing up between two different providers to develop a new Shopify e-comm website and help with the migration from my previous Wordpress website. I recommend them to everyone and will continue to use them in future if and when I need them without hesitation. From the get-go, the team gave me invaluable information and suggestions for my new website even before I committed to the job and even went as far as helping me to refine my branding colours to be more user-friendly online. They made the process so easy to be a part of with real examples of how things would work on my new website, diagrams and images to help me picture how everything would look and I'm so happy with the end result. My new website has absolutely exceeded my expectations and even now that it has been online and operating for a month now, they still continue to offer advice and help me to refine little things here and there to make it even more perfect from the backend without any extra charge. I'm incredibly happy I chose them and spent that little bit of extra money for the level of quality I've received.

Elkfox is definitely one out of the box. Over a two week period and many emails they managed to point me in the right direction and get me connected to a Payment gateway. One of the very few I hadn't already tried (or even heard of). The connection was seamless thanks to Shopify's flexibility. In the end I didn't require any technical assistance from Elkfox so there was no charge. But the fact that they went above and beyond all expectations means they have won me as "customer for life". Thank you Cam for your help. You're a legend!

They got the job done in less than an hour. I was worried about not having this done before the holidays but they knocked it out of the part. They also added in another optional feature which I didn't ask for, but helped with overall aesthetic of the theme. I appreciated that greatly. I would definitely hire them again because they work at a speed that I require to effectively run my business.
