We had FDG Web, Inc build a very complicated app for our website: reporting temperatures at beginning and ending destination and determining correct number of cold packs and shipping method to get chocolate delivered unmelted. This app has many moving parts. Other companies stayed away from bidding on the job and FDG stayed with it tweaking it until it worked as was supposed to. I will be using them again.

We had a software issue pop up suddenly with our Shopify store and called on the team at FDG Web for assistance. We had never worked with them before, but they came highly recommended from another vendor. After a short phone call to explain the issue, the FDG team had our problem identified and fixed in less than 2 hours so we could get back up and running.
