Without knowing much about coding, I was able to communicate exactly what I was looking for to the team. The only issue was communication. I had told them to email me with status updates instead of using the Shopify Expert chat log. That never happened and I had to go back to the log to follow-up on if they were finished or not. Once they messaged me they were very clear on next steps and pointers/tips for me for the future. I would use them again!

Excellent service to address a very frustrating slow down of my website that was impacting performance. Shopify Speed score is now higher than ever (98-99) and website performance is improving by the day.
