After losing our in-house web developer to retirement, Pratibha and her team took over the task of updating the look and refining the new purpose of our Shopify web store. The previous site was developed as a destination site where people would spend time in our on-line world of fashion and art but in a world of social media advertising we saw the need to adjust our site to have as few clicks 'from ad to product' as possible. The team at Gowebbaby understood our mission. They organized and streamlined our store to get 'eyes on product' as quickly as possible. Pratibha is pleasant to work with even in the beginning when there was a ton of changes and some of the information was incomplete. At this point my business partner and I have an understanding of Shopify thanks to Pratibha and we are confident that the Gowebbaby team will be there when we need them for corrections, adjustments or to fully re-build the site to keep it current and a pleasant shopping experience for all who visit. This service provider is based in India not Long Island NY. Their communication was very poor, the work never completed and the fixes that I hired the company to fix all failed. It was my mistake for paying this company in advance to do the work. My guess is that they are farming out the work to various subcontractors as I went through several people trying to give them access to my shopify store. Very poor job overall with no improvement to my website.

The communication was lacking, took several days to hear back from them. They did hear out my concerns and seemed to make an effort to help. Wasn't that impressed by the work, didn't see an improvement in site SEO. Keywords chosen weren't the best for SEO optimization.

GoWebBaby were excellent to work with. The communication was always great and the work delivered on time. Any time I needed more changes they were always understanding and quick to execute my requests. I will definitely work with them more in the future.

Pratibha Was my project manager and she really did an excellent job communicating back and forth. They turned my designs into reality, literally from a drawing at one point. I’m very glad I chose to go with them. I was getting quotes for upwards of $15k to do what I wanted (which to me seemed relatively simple). Don’t be afraid to do the themed one because they can changed so much about the theme anyways so there may not be a point to make one from scratch. My project only took a month or two and they executed it perfectly. It was of course a lot of back and forth but eventually it came to life. Rudra and team are my go-to for updates on my site. Because of the nature of my business, we're an alcohol brand that has to integrate a 3rd party that's not a Shopify app, we need relatively frequent updates to the site, and the Gowebbaby team is quick and easy to communicate with.
