I worked with H&H on my new Shopify Lana's Shop site. Lauren had a great sense of style and brought my vision to life. Couldn't be happier with the look and feel. I loved working with Lauren. We are a new company and had built a website already through Shopify without really knowing what we were doing. We needed so direction and guidance on where to go from what we had. We were able to work something out with Lauren to have her look at the website and give us feedback on everything she thought we needed to look at. She was beyond helpful and everything she wrote was easy to understand. I know just enough to be dangerous on designing a website and Lauren explained everything in detail and also linked to examples to make it even more clear. I hope to be able to work with Lauren again in the future! You will love her too.

Hardage and Hardage are a professional team that created a website my customers love for the beauty as well as the functionality. We were delayed launching the site and had a couple of communication issues initially. However, once we started the project, they were extremely responsive. There were no surprises in what they promised compared to what they delivered. I often worried that a certain functionality wouldn't be possible, however, Zak came through every time. The design phase was efficient and they balanced wants related to design with my needs in functionality. The were very clear if something was out of scope so I had no fee surprises. I would happily refer them to others and I will continue to work with them on future projects.

We had an excellent experience with Hardage & Hardage. Before we signed and paid over any money, we had a few Skype Conversations and emails where we could ask Zak and Lauren all the questions we had. Building a website is a real investment (not just money but also time) and thus its important to make sure that you are on the same page as the developer. Zak and Lauren were able to provide this assurance to us and their actions and work confirmed this. Lauren and Zak were able to take our vision and design a beautiful website for us. As designers we have high standards and Lauren and Zak were able to meet them. They also came up with great suggestions and recommendations. Timing wise, they worked to our schedule and were great. Whenever I had any questions, they responded very quickly. They were also great with helping us with our previous site (as we had some problems whilst our new site was being developed). The back end system and theme customisation that Zak built was very impressive. It's been very easy to update the site as well. Even after the finished project was delivered, Zak and Lauren have been very helpful - tinkering and continually making small improvements!
