Raiya was fantastic throughout such a difficult time in our business. We were in the process of re-branding and opening a new location, as well as switching from Square to Shopify. Raiya was so unbelievably patient with me as someone who has way too much on her plate and not enough staff to help. The team at Helios was wonderful to work with and stepped up when a different migration partner couldn't work with our product data. Helios handled the migration with our somewhat messy data and got the bulk of our 150k+ SKUs, thousands and thousands of customer records, rewards credits, store credits, and 3 years of sales history put together and imported, responded quickly to issues as they arose, and supported us very well through the process. Our data wasn't the cleanest to begin with, and required combining 7 tables of data to get the full product records from our server, so it was not without some work on our part to clean that data up, but Pratha was especially patient with me and was a cheerleader when things got stressful. I would highly recommend Helios for store migration!

Great guest service is hard to come by these days. Kash has been so wonderful to work with. He has been very responsive in answering any questions I've had and has made this transition much easier than I thought it would be. Thank you for taking care of the customer!
