We used Kubix for the redevelopment and redesign of our e-commerce store, and we're delighted with the outcome. Lewis and his team were excellent throughout the project, with great communication and a fantastic final result. I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time we've worked with Kubix on a website project. Unlike our first project, which was a complete website build, this time we provided them with a detailed specification for improvements to an existing site. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They carefully reviewed our specification, provided a clear quotation, suggested some excellent solutions, and produced thorough documentation throughout the project. Communication was excellent, deadlines were met, and we were very pleased with the final outcome. We'll definitely be working with Kubix again later this summer when they carry out a QA review on another of our websites.

We are a small business that was used to doing everything in-house until we started working with Kubix. We knew one of our websites had a lot of potential, but we had come to the end of the road of what we could achieve internally in terms of skills and time. So we decided to look for help from a third party. We have been working with Kubix for a few months and have been very impressed with their professionalism, depth of knowledge, and proactive suggestions for improving the website. I like their approach of conducting an in-depth website review at the start of the process to identify where effort should be directed for maximum benefit. It has created an excellent roadmap for future work. They are a well-rounded team with different knowledge areas, so while we have a main point of contract, they pull in expertise from different parts of their business to deal with particular issues, so I am always confident we are getting expert advice in that specific area. I also appreciate the fortnightly Zoom catch-up with the Kubix staff working on the current priorities. It keeps the momentum going and creates a sense that they are extended members of our team. Initially, we had concerns about the cost, but we have been impressed with their results in the last few months and feel they offer an excellent return on our investment. I would recommend them to any business looking to drive their business forward.

The journey with Kubix has been nothing but a joy. Migrating a busy ecomm and long-established brand, is not a matter to be taken lightly.
