Phenomenal work. We have a weekly check in with Labrigart and it's my favorite meeting of the week. They are extremely (pro) active and deliver.

Wir haben sehr spontan mit der Labrigart für unser Adventskalender-Projekt zusammengearbeitet. Gestartet sind wir erst im September, obwohl der Verkauf da schon lief. Trotzdem des starken Zeitdrucks hat von Anfang an alles super funktioniert. Die Reaktionszeiten waren wirklich top: immer erreichbar, auch bei kurzfristigen Problemen oder Notfällen, die im E-Commerce nun mal vorkommen. Änderungen und Wünsche wurden extrem schnell umgesetzt, das Design war modern und genau nach unserem Geschmack. Besonders gefallen hat uns die unkomplizierte, angenehme Kommunikation. Auch komplexe und sehr spontane Anforderungen wurden ohne großes Hin und Her genau so umgesetzt, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Zusätzlich wurden erfolgreiche A/B-Tests durchgeführt, durch die wir bereits im ersten Monat einen Uplift von 50% erreichen konnten. Insgesamt eine sehr zuverlässige und engagierte Zusammenarbeit – absolute Empfehlung!

We partnered with Labrigart approximately six months ago to migrate our online store from WooCommerce to Shopify. The migration process, while taking slightly longer than the initial estimate at three months, ultimately delivered excellent results. The extended timeline was primarily due to the complexity of our online store and occasional communication hiccups, which were understandable given the many moving parts. However, we were very happy with the final outcome and subsequently engaged Labrigart for ongoing support. The value proposition for the migration was exceptional, and the team consistently demonstrates a dedication beyond expectations. Anas and his team are very receptive to feedback, highly motivated, and always bring innovative ideas to the table. Most importantly, they genuinely strive to understand our products. I’ve worked with this Shopify CRO agency for a few months, and overall, it’s been a very positive experience. The team is extremely responsive—every time we encountered a bug or issue, they were on it right away and resolved it quickly. Their page speed optimization is a standout; it significantly improved our site’s load times, which has clearly helped our conversions. They are highly skilled in A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and suggesting actionable improvements. They identified key pain points in our customer journey and implemented changes that delivered real results. Their ideas and insights have added a lot of value to our store’s performance. That said, there’s some room for improvement in their project planning. Things occasionally felt a bit chaotic, and communication issues led to a few unnecessary rounds of feedback, which slowed progress at times. Despite this, the quality of their work and the improvements they’ve made to our store far outweigh these minor setbacks. If you’re looking for a team that delivers strong results and is quick to respond, I’d definitely recommend them. With a bit more focus on streamlining their processes, they’d be truly exceptional.

Die Conversion-Rates sind spürbar gestiegen, und das Beste: Er hat uns immer genau erklärt, was wir warum testen. Hagar hat unseren Shop mit ihrem Design ordentlich aufgefrischt – jetzt sieht alles nicht nur schick aus, sondern ist auch super easy zu bedienen.
