Firstly and most importantly for me they are very patient, no hard sell, but waited for me to be sure of what i needed, I am far from competent with web page set up knowledge. Once i had my head around my requirement they quoted quickly and held that quote for a long while until they completed the job.There was just one small redo which was completed within minutes of a request. Very happy (and relieved) I would highly recommend Louis and Co.
