It was an absolute delight working with Lucent Innovation. They are a very professional, dedicated and technically competent team. Our project was migration of our existing e-commerce site from a custom platform to Shopify. Lucent team's in-depth knowledge of Shopify helped us map all our requirements in a very structured way that avoided any potential pitfall and surprises during the migration process. They were extremely patient going over multiple rounds of data migration and verification, considering we had a multi-store setup. They are also very knowledgeable and proficient with Shopify themes. I can't rate this team high enough. Would also like to commend Ashish for his through technical expertise, and the team for their project management and technical skills. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for Shopify developers.

It's been a great experience with Lucent team so far, we have completed our react website project with lot of external integrations and functionalities with new designs with responsive store. Quality of work is quite good and remarkable. We are optimizing our website speed and bounce rate piece with them and hoping of best results over there also with Lucent experienced development team members specially Harshad.

Working with the Lucent team has been very satisfactory. It's wonderful to work with people who care so much and go the extra mile to support our needs. Lucent has also shown the ability to respond to suggestions and modify processes to meet our development approach. They have a deep understanding of Shopify and also an excellent skill set when it comes to developing custom APPS if/whne the existing ecosystem does not always meet our needs. I am now deeply involved in my second major project with them and I am pleased that they are our partner / supplier.

Hardly any communication, doesn’t do the work that they say, I have been patient for over 2 weeks, I waited for 2 weeks to get a answer if they would take the job, never returns correspondence in a timely matter, I have lost business due to my website not functioning from the Facebook and Instagram that the tech Aishsa was supposed to hook up when on the phone with him he was too busy talking to his friend then trying to help me. I just can’t believe that a business operates like this the job could had been completed in one day and moved on to the next job. What is wrong with people!!! Please refund my money!
