Mile High Themes

I have had an excellent experience with Mile High Themes, and would recommend them to any new site! Not only is this a great theme layout but the team at Mile High is amazing. I have had them do extensive customization work to the theme and they have been absolutely amazing to deal with. They have worked out every kink and were more than willing to take on my difficult requests. My site is almost ready to launch and I anticipate it to be extremely successful due to their hard work and dedication to my success.

Mile High did some customisation work for our site revolutionnailsupplies.co.uk on the new V6 theme. We had to pay extra for the work to show VAT inc & Vat Exc prices but it was worth it. They completed the work in a timely fashion and were very helpful.

Tim was excellent in helping up customize our theme. The support he offered was great and priced fairly. Our online store looks amazing and without their help we could not have even came close to matching it. Thank you for your hard work! I would recommend this templates to others. A+

Tim and his team were excellent communicators. We hired them to make some custom theme updates and they knocked everything out quickly and efficiently. We will be using them for dev and design work again in the future.

We purchased the Showtime theme and have contracted with Mile High to make some tweaks and additions for us. Their response time has been excellent and their work flawless. They have answered all of our questions, no matter how small. Tim has gone above and beyond in helping us make our store functional and fabulous. We would highly recommend Mile High and plan to use them when we move our second website over to Shopify.

Technically, Tim is a total pro at the right price. His design skills and responsiveness of our site after customization we made to the theme work great. He gets back promptly which is something we value also. His communication skills are great. We are already hiring him for a phase II. Highly recommend Tim.

We had a great experience with Tim from Mile High Themes. We had a difficult task, we had an existing eCommerce site at Americommerce and we wanted to find a platform that we could scale with both on the front end and the back end. We looked at a few different cart systems and developers. We were sold on the Shopify platform and Mile High Themes because of Tim's experience and hands on approach to helping customers with his years of experience with eCommerce. Mile High Themes made the migration smooth and we had plenty of time to test the new site before switching over. After the site was up and running, we made of list of changes based on recommendations from customers, family & friends and Mile High Themes made them quickly. I would recommend Mile High to anyone looking to start a webstore. Also, we loved the themes designed by Mile High, we ended up going with Showtime.

Moving from Big Commerce, we are more than pleased with Shopify & Mile High Themes. We picked Mile High for three reasons: First, they are USA based, like us. Second, it’s a very small shop, so communication flows smoothly. Third, their ShowTime Theme has all the latest “bells and whistles”. For function and features, the Showtime theme is on par with other top rated themes. The Theme offers multiple configuration scenarios. We needed minor customization and Tim @ Mile High was timely and easy to work with. The ShowTime Theme runs very smoothly on Shopify and handles our added apps with no trouble. We are not theme experts but did our own site layout and data input. The ShowTime documentation is easy to follow and search. The few times we needed specific support, Tim was spot on with answers or insight. The easiest way to check how we are doing is compare old Big Commerce to new Shopify/Mile High. After several months on Shopify/Mile High, traffic is up, customers are commenting positively on the site improvements and the all important bottom line - last month was our best revenue month ever. We are extremely pleased on our progress and excited about the future.

Mile High Themes has been nothing sort of fantastic, Top level support and documentation provided with the theme. I couldn't recommended Tim & Mile high themes highly enough. Keep up the great work.
