I cannot overstate how helpful Milk Bottle Labs have been in the relaunch of our website. Our choice was between going it alone or bringing them onboard to work alongside us as advisors during the process. Even if you know what you want from your website, it saves you so much time and hassle to have an expert on-hand to keep you on the right track. Even as somebody who is fairly tech-savvy and computer literate, there were so many settings that needed adjusting that I would just never have known about without their input. They also have so many sales-boosting tips & tricks and so much experience and knowledge of what works best, that you couldn't possibly replicate it on your own. Sure, you could knock up a someway-decent Shopify store yourself but we were ready to take ours to the next level. We wanted a polished, professional store that created the right impression for our discerning customers and we achieved that quickly, enjoyably and painlessly with Milk Bottle Labs. It genuinely was a fun experience! They also will give you a choice between a select few of the most suitable themes and best apps for each piece of functionality rather than aimlessly spending an age trawling the theme/app stores yourself only to discover the app you've set up is missing a key piece of functionality or doesn't play well with your theme. I knew about Milk Bottle Labs from attending the regular meetups they host here in Dublin, so before even starting I already knew the guys were going to be the right fit for me. I had a shopify store already that I had built myself and had outgrown & I needed an upgrade. There was no heavy sales pitch, the process was completely transparent and the team were enthusiastic about sharing their Shopify knowledge & best practices from the get go. I had a very specific look and feel in mind for the website, so the team gave me a theme to play with and break until I was happy with it, that way i could test out the different aesthetics and choose based on what actually looked good. Don't think I've ever worked with external partners with such dedication to my project (migrating from WooCommerce to Shopify). Pretty much daily updates and very flexible to meet my needs. Highly recommend!
