The task was to install Klaviyo and transfer the database from MailChimp to Klaviyo. It was not entirely successful as the old Klaviyo account was activated and the customers from MailChimp were transferred to a trial account, resulting in suboptimal functionality. If we hadn't discovered this, we could have risked losing the entire database once the trial period had ended. Additionally, we lost the majority of the customers who subscribed to the newsletter. Fortunately, we haven't deleted the database in Mystore yet, so we have the opportunity to retrieve the data again. I also didn't feel that security was a high priority. I didn't feel confident in the service I received and I also wonder why the person never investigated how the newsletter actually worked for us. Chat was used for communication. This can be disadvantageous as there is little written material to refer back to. Actually, I am unsure about what happened in the online store.
