They really listened to what I needed. When the first option didn't work in the way I'd hoped, they did more research to find a solution. The budget did run out before I could work my way through the whole process myself. As a very small business, I've experienced getting ignored in favor of larger companies with bigger budgets. I never felt that way with Mobikasa. They prioritized my project and worked diligently to help me find a solution that will work. Thank you!

I am still trying to get my money back. They did NOTHING in the end and just kept encountering one problem after another. They are from INDIA, the NYC phone number you just get a recorded message every time you call that the person you are trying to reach is unavailable. I had one zoom meeting and I could barely understand them, also because of the time difference, there was an echo on my voice on every word I spoke. First of all, they were supposed to set up Facebook Ads, I sent them high-resolution images, but instead, they took screenshot images from my website that was all blurry and pixilated - They also had spelling mistakes including writing the wrong product name. The design was also awful. Since I already paid them, I still wanted to get this campaign going so I did ALL the creatives myself and made sure the text to image ratio was correct with Facebook standards. I sent them to them, but they said they did not get them all. So I sent a few times more. Their next problem was that they needed to get into my domain because I had a freelancer I hired from Fiverr set up a Landing page which was done perfectly...and he had even already set up the domain with my landing page- so I figured out later that they did not even need to do this anyway...but this Mobikasa said they needed to get into my domain...I told them it was from Shopify...they said it wasn't and they could not access it. So I sent them a info on how to get to my domain from Shopify. They still never went to it! I asked, I am afraid to ask, but did my ads ever go live today? Because of course, NO STATUS all day, as usual, days would go by and then I wouldn't find out till the next day that they had some kind of problem and their day is during my night since they are ONLY out of New Delhi, India. So then the next day, I sent a screenshot showing that my Domain was bought fro Shopify and another screenshot of where the DMA or whatever it is called is located. Nothing was ever done...and I paid other people for a landing page and service for my first major campaign which was supposed to be for Valentine's Day....what a waste of time, money and all my effort. What scares me the most is that they had FULL access to my Shopify website, Google Analytics, Facebook account. They agreed to return my money- but now they want all my Banking information, including my routing number!!! Instead of crediting me through the normal way. This to me is very suspicious on top of everything else. I am now asking Shopify to help me with this mystery company from India. UGH!!!!! Save yourself time and aggravation and do not hire them. I am looking into doing everything myself through a well-known company that makes it easier... it is a division of Hootsuite. I keep realizing the hard way, it is best to do what you can on your own,
