As a skeptic from other experiences with other service providers, I was initial hesitant to partner with another firm. However, Rob and his team at Monumental made the process of onboarding with Shopify a great experience and continue to provide very prompt communication, fixes, advice, and overall turn around. We started from scratch and worked with Monumental on a rebranding and a new store, partnering with them. We continue to utilize Monumental for advice, updates, and features. We worked with Monumental to migrate our website & shop from Wordpress/WooCommerce to Shopify. We had previously been abandoned by another web firm mid-project so Rob and his team made sure we had weekly check ins and a transparent production schedule that kept our minds at ease. This project had us really scratching our heads in house. Getting an outside perspective broke the whole thing open and let us move forward in a way that wasn't exactly what we thought it would be, but what we needed. One of the few agencies I've worked with that didn't nickel-and-dime me at every step after signing a contract. We had a very aggressive timeline and our project changed directions a few times but at the end we were very pleased with the solution and it will save us a lot of labor hours every week.
