The Thought and Mortar Team supported Hilton Herbs throughout the process of migrating our international, multilingual and multicurrency custom-built website onto Shopify with a record turnaround time. Simon & Ben’s team were attentive, patient, available, and dedicated throughout the project and the launch, as well as demonstrating invaluable experience and know-how.

Simon was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable and he tailored one hour "training" sessions by phone with me. I would send him a list of issues / queries I had about populating my site and adjusting themes, and we would prioritise and work through the list as I had time. It also enabled me to spread the cost of the training into one hour slots as it wasn't cheap, but it was valuable. I intended to use Simon for more site enhancements and skills as time goes on. Very professional.

Thought and Mortar migrated our store from Magento 1 to Shopify. They were very good at understanding our requirements and making them work in Shopify. They handled everything from custom theme development to setting up our backend integrations, allowing us to migrate to Shopify as seamlessly as possible. Communication was great throughout the project, and they were very good at working in all of our tweaks and edits. They also helped us understand how to use and maintain the Shopify store going forwards, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff members. Overall, Thought and Mortar were a pleasure to work with on this project and are highly recommended.
