I contacted NB Communication Ltd when I was ready to build the website for my new business BAKKA. I had no previous experience of websites. I opted for an e-shop model with front-end pages. Once the expert had explained what was feasible, I wrote the content which he then coded. I was not an easy customer: I had a very clear vision of what I wanted the end product to look like, and the links between the various sections, but not of how to get there. The expert could somehow understand what I was trying to achieve, and was able to explain what was doable and what wasn't.
