I found Netzilla very helpful. It's best to email them and then send a Whatsapp message too, to make sure they have seen the email.

We used Netzila to transfer our current website. The process was smooth. Price was cheaper compare to other bidders and they will do the strict minimum if you do not ask to get a better quality of work. But when you ask, in general they will achieve it and improve. Not the best to design a website look/appearance, but they were able to do custom coding specific to our needs like adding handling charge when minimum order is not reached, , invoice layout(with shopify app), metafield for quantity per case, etc... In our case, functionality was more important than graphic design for our transition so the fit was good.
