Working with PRC Applications was simply a wonderful experience all around! PRC migrated Ortho Dog’s ecommerce website from Word Press/ WooCommerce to Shopify. But they didn’t just move the site, they also did a custom rebuild of our complicated product sizing and inventory system with much needed improvements to both customer experience and admin. The result is something we had dreamed of implementing, but never knew how to make happen. Our new Shopify site is sleek, streamlined, and incredibly fast! In addition to building exactly the site we wanted and needed, Lauren, Patrick and Holden at PRC were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. On our initial call, Patrick and Holden took the time to understand what we needed and what we wanted to do away with. They followed up as needed and swiftly worked out a fantastic solution (whereas other developers weren’t sure how/if it could be done.) Their estimate / scope of work was laid out very clearly, and the pricing was VERY fair. PRC’s communication also exceeded expectations: I got regular check-ins while the work was being done, detailed follow-up with tweaks to the finished site, and most importantly for me, help understanding the solution they had implemented so I could feel confident making changes, additions and updates as needed. The final migration went off really well. Everything was in place for redirects and indexing of the new site so we haven’t missed a beat on sales. In the first couple weeks, sales are up over last month and conversions have improved over the previous site. In summary, PRC applications was just the best. They have the perfect combination of true expertise, curiosity for solving unique problems, clean design aesthetic, outstanding communication skills, and genuine interest in client satisfaction. Both Lauren and Jesse made my experience of building a Shopify website very enjoyable. Communication and presentation were on a high professional level. We now have four Shopify web sites and PRC Web Development has done the programming for each one. They provide quick realistic quotes and provide great ideas to make the sites perform to the customer's expectations. We started out by buying a company called Celebration Shirts with Disney apparel, which PRC help to customize based on our vision. Our customers were so impressed with the site that a very large travel agency, called Destinations To Travel, wanted to have us set up a web site using our Disney/travel apparel customized for their travelers. We discussed the options and ideas with PRC and they did another AMAZING job to custom program the site to meet and exceed our customer's expectations. We will always use PRC for our programming requirements and we know that anyone that needs programming work to be done should NOT hesitate to use PRC. PRC is NUMBER ONE in our books.
