Prosper Digital were engaged to design and implement a custom solution within Shopify to enable inventory transfers directly from point of sale devices, addressing a key limitation in the platform’s native functionality. The Prosper team delivered a user friendly, fully integrated app that allowed our 400+ retail staff to initiate and receive stock transfers in real time from POS devices. This supported the high-volume environment in retail across the Australian Open for the 2026 Slam, where we processed up to ~100 store transfers per day, and ensured stock could move efficiently between locations without reliance on admin-based workflows. Prosper Digital were able to understand our unique environment and delivered a solution that aligned. The result; improved efficiency, reduced pressure on management-level processes, and gave store teams the tools they needed to manage inventory on the ground.
