We recently launched a Shopify store and needed help enhancing the user experience to enable us to increase engagement and generate more sales. We partnered with the Realm team to help us accomplish these goals and they exceeded our expectations. First the team promptly responded to our online inquiry. Once we shared our goals, the team provided recommendations to achieve those goals, and gave options for completing the work as a single project or in multiple phases. We received an itemized invoice that clearly listed each task, a description of the scope of work, and a reasonable price. The payment terms were flexible and a reasonable timeline for completing the project was proposed. Once the project commenced, we received frequent updates from the team regarding the status of each task and next steps. The Realm team set up multiple new channels as part of our engagement and this was a seamless process and required minimal involvement from my team. When our Google Merchant account was suspended, the Realm team coordinated with Google on our behalf to remove the suspension. Given my team did not have prior experience with Google Merchant accounts, it was helpful to have a knowledgeable partner to facilitate those discussions. Upon completion of the project, we received a detailed walkthrough of the features that were enabled and the new channels that were set up. Training resources were also provided to reference when we need to make future changes to the store. We were extremely satisfied with the final result of our Shopify store updates.
