Shopify Plus & 13 Store POS Rollout

We led a full Shopify Plus build from Woo commerce and executed a 13-store Shopify POS rollout, unifying eCommerce and retail under one platform. This included custom Shopify Plus configuration, multi-location inventory setup, POS hardware integration, staff workflows, and training across all stores. We also ensured consistent promotions, pricing, and customer data across online and in-store channels, while maintaining performance at scale.

The result was a fully centralised commerce system with real-time inventory visibility, simplified reporting, and a seamless omnichannel customer experience. Fantastic Framing now operates all stores and online sales from a single Shopify Plus dashboard, enabling faster decision-making, easier store expansion, and a scalable foundation for future growth
