Great and easy to work with on a consulting project to fix some issues on my Shopify Web pages.

Steven Pacheco is the Best Kind of Web Guy I’ve worked with a lot of marketing and website people over the years, and Steven is hands down my favorite. He’s ridiculously easy to work with, insanely knowledgeable, and somehow knows how to do everything. Seriously, I don’t think I’ve ever asked him a question about websites, branding, or marketing that he couldn’t answer. What makes him different? He actually listens. He doesn’t just build you a website and disappear—he makes sure it works for you and your business. He thinks about the details most people overlook, like how to make updates easy, how to attract the right people, and how to turn visitors into actual customers. And he does all of it without any of the usual tech headaches. Since working with Steven, I feel like my website actually represents me. It’s cleaner, more polished, and just works the way I need it to. And as my business grows, I know I’ll be calling him again (because I am 100% going to need his help when I launch my coaching program). Bottom line? I had a terrible experience using this Shopify Expert and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. This expert tried to charge me $1800 to revamp my Shopify store and wanted me to pay up front. I’m so glad that I told him that I wasn’t comfortable with that and that I wanted to do a deposit of half down, pay the balance upon completion. The expert agreed and sent me an invoice for $900 and I paid that deposit in the beginning of March and it took him weeks to even start working on my project. I even have an email where it was the 18th of March and I was still asking him when he was going to start working on my store. He also told me that he would have my store done in a month, but it took him weeks to even start doing anything at all. When I asked him why he said it was because he was working on other projects too. The lack of communication was terrible too, and sometimes he wouldn’t respond to my emails for days. He would also claim that he was working on my store and making changes, but when I would ask him to show me what he did he couldn’t. I asked him if I could check what had been published on the store so I could see the changes and none were made. Once I seen that he was not working on my store I contacted Shopify help to get a refund, but they said that I had to go through Revolab to request a refund. When I emailed him he said that he would have my store done in a week and he never completed my store. Here I am 3 months later and I had to hire another Shopify expert to actually revamp My store. When the new expert looked at my store it was all messed up. Links weren’t working and stuff was missing, collections were all messed up and things were all out of order. After all of that Steven Pacheco from Revolabs contacted my credit card company to reverse the refund that they gave me even though he never did the job. This man is literally trying to steal $900 for me when he never revamped my store. I am currently fighting to dispute this because I refuse to pay for a service that I never received. I’m fighting it through Shopify and my credit card company. Be very careful because this man is fraudulent and a theif! Save yourself the headache and DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES. I wish that I would’ve never hired him because all he did was waste my time and never did what he was paid for. He over promised and under delivered. Shopify should remove him from their partner list if this is how he’s treating customers. Steven Pacheco from designs is very unprofessional and a thief! DO NOT HIRE HIM! You’ll regret it.

Amazing to work with and was more than helpful through the whole experience. He was very clear about everything he was going to do and he delivered 110% on what was promised. I cant recommend steven enough!!!

Easy to tell that Steven is experienced with Shopify as a whole as well as adding custom css code. Our meeting was for a total of an hour, and he got a ton done on my site! Steven walked me through some settings that needed to be fixed, added custom css code to center an image and fix typography issues. I would highly recommend working with him.

Being able to converse on gig needs, Steven is good at listening then offering multiple options as pathways. Being a non-techy person and having worked with a lot of folks, I highly recommend Steven P for his expertise advise.
