Absolutely horrendous. The company didnt deliver the app, left us hanging after 4 months of patiently waiting for any sort of update. When the deadline arrived they simply gave us a dysfunctional app that diesnt deliver the most basic features covered in our spec file. We are a £10m+ annual revenue company and have never ever seen such a level of amateur work, not even in our early days. I presume if you are after some basic Google / Facebook ads set up they might have some clue, but asking them to develop an operations oriented app that could streamline your back office work, then these lots are no where to approach. The waste of time in all the back and forth are simply not worth it.

Mike was great! I had a custom website and some complicated questions in setting up my FB pixel and google analytics account. Mike was able to navigate my questions and set up everything up quickly and efficiently!

Our company, due to our size, has to work with a lot of third party developers and vendors. If only more third party developers were like Riess Group. They are top notch, timely, and go above and beyond to make sure you and your project are taken care of. If we have a Shopify job, Riess Group is the only company we will go to.

Riess Group facilitated a fantastic App redesign and integration with Shopify. After launch, any minor bugs were addressed immediately, it has remained stable for several months now and my Apple device customers are thrilled. We are now able to offer our specialized audio recordings designed for relaxation and personal development within the App at no extra cost with a superior listening experience. Apple's limitations have made it challenging to deliver our product to mobile devices outside the normal music streaming channels, and this App makes the process seamless for our customers.
