It’s been great working with Courtney of Sharp Media who recently did quite a lot of work on my Shopify site, Juraster. From the start she took time to get to know my brand and the audience and goals I have. Amongst other things, she and her colleagues worked on optimisation, product set-up, website design, a reviews feature, and a loyalty and referral system. She suggested a suite of optimisation improvements which have made a real difference to the feel and look of the site. We have noticed increased engagement and longer browse time. The work improved my site’s speed and performance as well. She built a new custom Bespoke services page which is the perfect showcase for my higher-end services and really went beyond my expectations. She also researched and installed the perfect review and loyalty and referral systems for my new business, which are the perfect match for my brand values and customer expectations. Throughout the project to date, her communication has been outstanding. She is super-professional, responsive and proactive in suggesting solutions. It was a wonderful, easy and painless experience working with Courtney on a redesign for my store page. I didn't give her any references on websites for inspiration for my store page, and she was still able to deliver a design I absolutely loved. Something simple, but with a nice feminine touch. After receipt of payment, she was able to deliver the redesign within 2 days. I loved that I got to set the price myself of $150-$200 as I wasn't able to afford a high budget, and I was still able to get a design I loved.
