ShopPad very evidently put our needs first throughout our time working with them. They were quick to reply to questions, and they took time to ensure we understood the details of what they were creating for us. On top of this, they ensured that the job was done right: no matter how big or small something was, they were ready and willing to provide quick fixes and the advice necessary to make sure our shop is a success. They noticeably invested in making our vision a reality, and the end product shows the attention to detail and care for the customer that the ShopPad team embodies. In a market dependent on a lot of moving pieces working well, we are glad we trusted ShopPad as our Shopify Experts. We will definitely be using them going forward for any of our Shopify needs.

Ryan and Jen & the team are great at coming up with solutions and getting the work done correctly efficiently and on time. After testing, any updates and solutions are done quickly and all the work is always very stable. Other developers we find we are going back time and again constantly fixing bugs or one fix breaks another part of the code, but the Shoppads teams work gets done well the first time and remains solid and consistent. Highly recommend their work and we have used them on several different projects now.

Amazing experience! I've worked with a lot of developers who over promise and under deliver. Absolutely not the case for ShopPad. They blew my expectations out of the water. Excellent communication, creative out of the box thinking, and quick to execute. Could not have been happier with how our project turned out. I was able to bounce ideas off them and instead of talking me into more hours, they were able to simplify our project to keep costs down. We will definitely be coming back for more work!
