Smart Cookie built us a Shopify store with a flexible design that would accommodate future changes in our branding. They proved patient, helpful and willing to think out of the box to address some tricky problems such as integration with our onsite stock inventory system. Michael and his team were amazing to work with. They were very supportive, identified exactly what I would need to provide them to build my website. They worked nonstop to get my website up and running. During the process they kept me posted of what they were doing and if I did not understand anything they explained it in a way that I could. Once the website was built the hand over was easy, the one on one suppport was incredible, everything was explained perfectly to me and I had the confidence to try to add new products by myself after. When we decided to make a full scale overhaul of our schoolwear site we looked at many platforms. We met Michael from Smart Cookie to build our website, and immediately felt he was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. We had one point of contact throughout the process, and Smart Cookie responded quickly to all our many requests. Smart Cookie have also helped advise and set up our Shopify platform and Point Of Sale terminals, and advised on various other elements of the set up. We used a separate SEO team and they also commented on how easy it was to work with Smart Cookie, with them understanding the requests and implementing them quickly and without any hassle. We already have plans to work with Smart Cookie in future, to add further features to our site.

Michael and his team were highly efficient, helpful, clear and concise with all instructions guiding us through a very smooth transition from our old wordpress platform to the shopify one. A process that could have been very stressful for us as a business but as a result was pain free and quick with a downtime of only a matter of hours. I am over the moon with the design and feel of the new site it is exactly what I had in mind and I feel that Smart Cookie was able to get what I was after from the get go really , highly recommend.
