Ben's initial meeting with us was very intricate as he went over different websites he had created as well as the different capabilities he could provide to us. His quote was detailed and clear. After signing on with Ben, he presented us a very straightforward timeline and a data portal through Mavenlink which made it extremely easy to collaborate on ideas and different aspects of the project. On my end, our management team had a lot of back and forth about the website, as we were never truly sure what we wanted to begin with. Ben was completely accommodating through this process, presenting a few different wireframe variations and being very exact about the changes he made. For design, he took our vague concept and translated it into a beautiful website, even working with our photographer to make sure the style matched. For functionality, he managed each detail with precision to ensure that everything worked as it should and exactly as we wanted it to. Even to this moment, weeks after completion, Ben continues to be incredibly responsive to emails with any questions our team has. Overall, we couldn't ask for a better experience.
