We first came to Stellar in 2021 when we needed to launch our brand's new website with a custom design. Our brand is very visual, so it was important that the store felt right from the beginning and was easy for customers to use. They helped us get it live in about three months. Since then, they have stayed involved with the site instead of disappearing after launch. They have handled maintenance, smaller improvements, design updates, and new features when we needed them. For example, they added product variation switching on the product pages, so customers can check different colors or sizes without the page constantly reloading. It is a small detail, but it makes browsing much smoother. Later, Stellar also migrated us from Shopify 1.0 to Shopify 2.0. That was a bigger step for us because we wanted more flexibility in the store and fewer dependencies on extra apps. There were a lot of details to go through, but they explained what was happening and kept the process moving. We like that they already know our store and our brand, so we do not have to start from zero every time we need something changed. Overall, it has been a reliable long-term partnership.

Bears with Benefits is a beauty and wellness brand offering vitamin gummies and supplement complexes designed to make daily health and beauty routines easier, more enjoyable, and science-backed. We needed a team that could take ownership of a complex Shopify setup without slowing the business down. Our goals were to stabilize ongoing development, support nine Shopify stores across different countries, improve key purchase flows through CRO work, and implement custom logic that standard Shopify functionality could not cover. Stellar Soft took over parts of our frontend development, each built on a shared Prestige theme base but customized for different markets. They handled market-specific business logic, CRO redesigns for important shopping journeys, and custom Shopify apps and Functions for advanced discount and pricing rules. They also supported analytics work in Google Analytics and integrations with Loop and Rebuy, which helped us manage the store as a more scalable e-commerce platform rather than a set of disconnected local storefronts. What stood out was their ability to work inside a non-trivial Shopify architecture without oversimplifying it. Stellar Soft understood the commercial side of the work as well - CRO, pricing, discounts, analytics, Loop, and Rebuy and connected that with practical development decisions. The most important result was operational stability.
